операции с капиталом.В СНС (см. System of National Accounts), осуществляемою по методологии ООН, операции с капиталом обобщаются в виде показателей двух сводно-экономических балансовых таблиц:в счете накопления капиталов (capital accumulation account) и счете финансирования капитальныхзатрат (capital finance account). Показатели счета накопления капиталов систематизируют сведения о валовом накоплении средств в виде прироста основного капитала, изменения стратегических запасов топлива, сырья, продовольствия, покупки земли, в форме таких нематериальных активов, как патенты и авторские права. В счете накопления капитала показываются источники финансирования валового накопления средств: сбережения, прирост фондов, амортизации основного капитала, чистый объем трансфертов капитала (объем полученных трансфертов капитала минус сумма оплаченных трансфертов капитала). Разница между размером финансовых затрат на валовое накопление средств и величиной собственного накопления капитала представляет собой кредитование, которое учитывается в счете финансирования капитальных затрат, где оно дополняется суммой задолженностей другим секторам экономики, возникающих в связи с кредитованием в процессе формирования капитала. Финансовые активы и пассивы при учете операции с капиталом классифицируются в зависимости от вида финансовых инструментов: валюта, переводные депозиты, краткосрочные и долгосрочные облигации и займы, корпоративные ценные бумаги и т.д.English-Russian explanatory dictionary of the external economic terms > capital transactions

счет платежного баланса.Раздел системы национальных счетов (СНС) (System of National Accounts), показатели которого характеризуют роль и значение экономических потоков, возникающих в связи с внешнеэкономической деятельностью страны в процессе создания распределения и потребления валового национального продукта (ВНП) (results of external transaction in statistics of gross national product). Экономические потоки с зарубежными странами характеризуются двумя большими группами: текущие операции (см. current account of the balance of payments) и операции с капиталом (capital transactions). Доходные статьи счета: выручка зарубежных стран от продажи импортных товаров, денежные поступления в зарубежные страны в форме распределенных факторных доходов или чистых трансфертных платежей.
